Operation Hail to the Chief -- Washington D.C.
WHERE: Our home base will be at the 600 block of Pennsylvania Ave. on the North side, right by the Navy Memorial. Our friends at FreeRepublic have secured a permit for the area.
WHEN: Our permit is from 10:00am to 4:00pm on 1/20/05. You should aim to be there by High Noon, as it might get tougher to get there as the day goes on. The motorcade procession is at 2 p.m., so you'll want plenty of advance time to get set up.
BRING: Any PW sign you like from our arsenal, and feel free to make your own if you'd like it to be more specific towards supporting the President. Law enforcement is prohibiting sticks and dowels, so you'll have to just carry the board by itself. Also no backpacks, coolers or any large containers will be permitted, so travel light.
